When I first got into fitness, I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew that every workout made me feel amazing afterwards. The longer I was on my journey, the more I began to learn about fitness and nutrition.
For as long as I had remembered, I had struggled with confidence, and that took a lot of opportunities away from me. My fitness journey not only improved my physical looks which played a role in bettering my confidence, but it also improved my confidence because I stayed consistent with how I knew I needed to treat myself.
I had a lot of trials and errors with workout programs and diets, I even did a Bikini Body Building competition, and I finally found an approach that worked. I lost weight, got stronger, gained energy, AND it helped me keep these results long term.
I’ve now worked with over 150 women, helping them develop a long lasting routine around their nutrition, training and mindset, to lose weight, tone up and build confidence which in turn gave them control over their lives.
