It’s getting warm outside!!! I don’t know about you, but I’m loving it.

Anyways, you came here for a workout. This is a killer workout you can do outside that'll burn that fat and get you sweating!!!
So here it is!
WARM UP:
8 walk outs with jump
8 front, side, back taps (each side)
10 planks to downward dogs
10 lunges with thoracic twists
2 min run
X2
CIRCUIT WORKOUT:
Jump Squats
Burpees
Split Jumps
Mountain Climbers
30s each with 30s rest after
X4
If you want to do a bit more, here is a light workout. You can do this with bands/weights or just using your body weight. ENJOY!
BAND GLUTE WORKOUT:
Banded side to side (2 steps each way) 3 x 10
Banded Squats 3 x 12
Banded Romanian Deadlifts 3 x 12
Reverse Lunge to Knee Up 3 x 10 each side
Squat to Side Kick 3 x 20
Front Squats (if you have weight) 3 x 12
